Getting started with LoanDocSolutions is easy! There is no minimum order requirement and there are no setup charges. Click here for our document package pricing.

Here are the steps:

  • Go through our setup wizard and supply basic information we need to establish an account and prepare loan documents
  • E-sign our standard service contract
  • Pay a fully refundable deposit toward your first document package order*

* Deposit payable by credit card, and will be refunded upon request if no document package order is submitted by customer within thirty days. Deposit not required for banks and credit unions.
